The personal is political, and personal stories can be used to address the ways that certain communities have struggled to attain equality and how individuals have survived in their journey. This belief is behind all the books we publish at Rabbit Fool Press. Established in 2010 and based in Vancouver, BC, Rabbit Fool Press produces fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and children’s literature primarily focused on Asian North American communities. We are particularly interested in publishing works by Southeast Asian diasporic authors, mixed race authors, and authors who write from a social justice standpoint. Rabbit Fool Press gives you the books you want to read—ones that will satisfy your curiosity, perhaps prompt new curiosities, stories from which you can glean wisdom and insight.
